Key responsibilities

  • Must be able to competently supervise all C&B events.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities
· To assist the head chef in the day to day running of the kitchen and in their absence
· To ensure the whole team is working to safe and legal practices
· To ensure the training and standards are always kept
· To ensure the staffing levels are kept to the correct business levels

Junior Sous Chef

Adkins & Cheurfi are searching for a Junior Sous Chef to work in a beautiful and famous pub just outside of Newcastle in the stunning village of Ponteland.

The Junior Sous Chef will be an experienced and responsible individual who has experience at Chef De Partie level or above within a restaurant, hotel or fresh food pub.
