Role/Responsibilities

• Junior Sous Chef who can cook Italian style dishes to a high standard
• Ability to work with a large team
• Responsible for ensuring all health and hygiene standards are met and records are kept up to date
• Liaise effectively with Head Chef and senior team members to ensure a smooth service and running of the kitchen
• Manage own section

Person Specifics

• Ability to communicate well with others
• Passionate about cooking and providing an excellent customer service experience
• Must be able to multi-task and manage well in stressful situations
• 3+ year CDP Experience or 1+ Year Junior Sous experience working within a high volume busy kitchen
