Position to start immediately for approx. 3-4 weeks, live-in on site available.
Duties will include;
- Leading a team of restaurant supervisors and front of house staff
- Upholding restaurant standards
- Providing excellent customer experiences for dining guests
- Representing the agency and our client to the highest standard
- Communicating and working closely with suppliers
- Communicate effectively with the Hotel General Manager and heads of departments.
- Prepare and execute the entire menu including cocktails and bar snacks.

- Major Universities in the NE are supplied with relief chefs
Skills and experience you’ll bring to the Agency Chef role:
- Due diligence with records, and health and safety procedures
- Ability to follow recipe specifications and guidance from different venues
- Ability to work well in a committed team environment
- Flexibility
- At least 2 years of kitchen experience
- NVQ or Equivalent in Professional Cookery / Hospitality & Catering

The Job is for an outdoor activities center in the Keswick area, the job does offer Live in if the candidate will agree to complete the full length of time. Uni students, college students etc would be perfect for the housekeeping/ kitchen assistants if you are wanting work while Schools are closed.

Adkins & Cheurfi Recruitment are recruiting a temporary duty manager on behalf of an iconic hotel in the heart of Wick. *LIVE-IN*
Please note this temporary assignment is due to last 12-18 weeks, approx 40 hrs a week. Free live-in accomodation available on site.

About the role:
Responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of the hotel during, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and maintaining high standards of service. Responsible for handling guest inquiries and complaints, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring the safety and security of guests and staff. The Duty Manager acts as a key point of contact for guests and team members, providing guidance and support as required. Direct, train, and motivate staff members, ensuring they adhere to hotel policies, procedures, and service standards.
You will be paid on a weekly timesheet basis, every Friday, through Adkins & Cheurfi Recruitment.
