Reporting directly to our Hotel Manager your inspirational leadership will motivate the teams to constantly exceed our guest expectations. You will focus on improving standards and service throughout the hotel, attention to detail is paramount.
You will ensure all aspects of Health & Safety policies and procedures are adhered to and monitored. Experience of working in a similar hospitality environment is essential, this would suit an experienced Head of Department or 1st position Operations Manager.
You will help to grow the business at every opportunity, maximising profits and adhering to budgets. This is a demanding role for an individual, who is keen to succeed and eager to deliver excellence at every opportunity.
