Our client, a luxury, family-run country pub, requires a talented sous chef to assist the kitchen as they work together to provide the ultimate dining experience for the local clientele.

This is a very discerning client, with a fantastic reputation. The successful sous chef will be:

• Passionate and dedicated with a keen eye for detail
• Able to maintain the highest of standards under pressure
• Experienced at sous chef level for at least two years
• Presentable, smart and reliable
