About the role:
As a Sous Chef, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Head Chef and ensuring the smooth operation of the kitchen. You will be responsible for assisting in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of high-quality meals while maintaining food safety and hygiene standards. Your expertise and leadership skills will contribute to maintaining the pub’s reputation for excellent food and customer satisfaction.
