Sous Chef

Sous Chef or Junior Sous Chef wanted – Permanent Position         

Salary £22-£27k depending on experience

We are looking for a passionate talented sous chef or junior sous chef.

You will be working in a stunning location with like-minded chefs producing amazing dishes using fresh ingredients and quality produce.

The venue is a grade 2 listed building what was originally an abbots lodge and guest house. Now transformed into a stunning 21-bedroom hotel with separate dining rooms bars and outside area overlooking stunning lawns and countryside.

With its original features, quirky design and village country location this hotel attracts a lot of shooting parties, outdoor adventures along with the locals and regular returning guests.

The food is very much at the forefront of the business with a talented and skilful head chef who wants like-minded chefs to be a part of his friendly and hardworking team.
