Pub Manager/Couple
Exciting opportunity for an experienced Pub Manager/Couple
We are looking for a Pub manager couple to run a busy family orientated country pub located in Penrith 
Main duties will include:
- Day to day running of a busy pub
- Increase sales by retaining and attracting new customers via quality of service along with marketing and local networking.
- Manage existing staff members and recruit new staff as and when required.
- Stock Management
- Upkeep of general maintenance and overseeing all high health & hygiene standards throughout the building
- Financial record-keeping
Remuneration
- Basic salary of £30-35k + Bonus
- Excellent onsite 2 bedroom accommodation
Ideal candidate
- 3 years + experience
- Good allrounder in both front of house and back of house
- Commercially astute
- Good knowledge of pub financials
- Must be a people person
- Will have excellent customer service skills
- Must have a personal license
