Project Coordinator

Adkins & Cheurfi are looking for a talented Project Coordinator to join our client’s growing team in 2023.

In this role you’ll support on a portfolio of events from concept to delivery through clever thinking, sustainable solutions and exceptional customer service. You’ll work within a team of Event Managers and Project Coordinators to deliver events for their clients. You will gain experience on a wide range of events.

This is the perfect role for someone wanting to further develop a career in a fast-paced, exciting and friendly team environment. They are always on the look out for great new team members to join our Project Coordination team.

Essential experience, skills and attitude

  • At least two years experience in an office administration environment or industry relevant role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Impeccable organisation skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
  • IT literate (MS Office suite)
  • Resourceful individual capable of researching solutions to a detailed brief
  • An open-minded approach to finding creative solutions
  • Can-do attitude with no task being too big or small
  • Confident in participating in internal team meetings
  • Confident with initial outreach to sponsors and suppliers and build relationships
  • Comfortable with technology and the use of it to deliver virtual event briefings
  • Excellent attention to detail through administration
  • Confident in analysing data to support event reports
