Adkins & Cheurfi Recruitment are recruiting for a Master Butcher for a renowned luxury country store nestled in the Highlands of Scotland.

About the role & the perfect candidate:

Extensive experience as a Butcher, with a deep understanding of different meat types, their uses, and butchery techniques. Previous experience managing a team, with a strong ability to mentor and develop skills in others. Excellent customer service skills, with a proven ability to communicate effectively and build customer relationships. Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food preparation and storage. A passion for high-quality food and a commitment to maintaining the high standards of The House of Bruar. Formal training in butchery or a related field essential. Previous experience of luxury retail desirable.
