Hotel Operations Manager

A&C Recruitment are currently hiring for a Operations Manager within a 4* Hotel in County Durham.

Just a 5-minute drive from the historic city of Durham, the hotel offers 127 luxurious bedrooms and suites, each offering its own unique charm. With stunning views across 350 acres of beautiful private grounds, two 18-hole Championship golf courses, a luxury on site spa complex, four bars and award winning restaurants 

General Responsibilities:

As Operations Manager, you will assist the General Manager with the smooth running of the day-to-day operation of the hotel. You will focus on overseeing events, functions, and conferences, ensuring every part of the event runs smoothly and the hotels high standard are met. You will play a vital role in ensuring our guests receive the highest level of customer service.

The perfect candidate will have:

• Previous experience of working as Operations Manager and experience in Events Management within a luxury hotel

• Exceptional customer services skills, with the desire to deliver inspiring service to our guests

• Excellent planning and organisational skills, manage multiple projects and prioritise workload in a fast paced environment
