Head Chef

Role and Responsibilities
- Overseeing the wedding venue kitchen
- Managing and leading by example a team of chefs and kitchen staff
- Managing budgets, costing, and waste control
- Implementing health and safety procedures and ensuring they are being followed by the team at all times.
- Menu planning and understanding GP
- Staff training and development
Person Specification
- Minimum of 2 years experience working as head chef or Senior Sous chef in the last role
- Proven track record of working in wedding venues and hotels
- Must have own transport
- Can do attitude with good leadership qualities.
- Reliable with excellent work ethic
- Knowledge of costings and working towards hitting GP targets
- Team Player
