Graduate Trainee Account Manager


Adkins & Cheurfi are on the lookout for a graduate trainee Account Manager to join our hospitality recruitment team.

Main duties will be:

  • Sourcing new candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, marketing, and online social media platforms
  • Filling bookings for existing client accounts
  • Carrying out compliance checks
  • Administrative tasks include: CV formatting/preparation, writing interview preps and managing Excel spreadsheets
  • Building candidate and client relations
  • Advertising jobs
  • Online Marketing and social media posts

Key Qualifications / Experience

  • University Graduate
  • Interest to work in recruitment
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, demanding work environment
  • Strong analytical and communication skills and a sense of humour
  • Highly organised, detail orientated with a strong ability to prioritise for effective time management
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Word and Outlook)
