Contract Catering Chefs
We are looking to recruit contract catering chefs of all levels to join out expanding team of chefs in the Durham and Darlington area. We offer flexible working hours, predominately Monday-Friday.
Responsibilities:
- Cooking food from scratch using fresh ingredients
- Ensuring food hygiene procedures are followed and kitchen cleanliness is maintained at all times
- Food labeling
- Food prep
- Stock ordering/Stock control
Requirements/Skills:
- 2+ years chef experience
- Level 2 food hygiene
- Own transport is desirable
- Must have own chef whites and knives
