We are recruiting a Sous Chef for a traditional Village Inn, located on the outskirts of the Lake District.
Working 5 days 40-48 hours per week.

Free Meal whilst on duty
Duties will include:
- Working closely with the head chef assisting the smooth running of the kitchen.
- Assisting with the training and development of the junior kitchen staff
- Cooking food to a high standard
- Ensuring temperature checks are done and recorded whilst on shift
- Following kitchen health & Safety procedures and completing logbooks necessary
- Must have a minimum of 1-year sous chef experience
- Be able to follow recipes and cook from scratch using fresh ingredients
- Must be friendly and enjoy working in a team environment
- Have the ability to work under pressure during busy periods
