About the Role:
As Sous Chef, you’ll be a vital part of the leadership team—working alongside the Head Chef to drive excellence across the hotel’s restaurant, bar, and lounge offerings. Whether you’re an experienced Sous Chef seeking a new environment, or a Junior Sous ready to step up, this could be the perfect next chapter in your career.
What You’ll Do:

Support the Head Chef with all aspects of kitchen management and daily service

Assist in designing and developing menus featuring fresh, local, and seasonal ingredients

Uphold the highest standards of food hygiene and health & safety

Collaborate with front-of-house teams to ensure an exceptional guest experience

Manage stock levels, ordering, and supplier relationships

Help maintain a clean, organised, and efficient kitchen
About You:

Previous experience as a Junior Sous or Sous Chef in a high-quality kitchen (2 AA Rosette or similar)

Solid knowledge of both classical and contemporary cooking techniques

Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills

Calm, composed, and detail-focused under pressure
