Role / Responsibilities

• Managing day to day running of a wedding venue kitchen
• Managing junior team members
• Cooking food to a high standard and working to tight deadlines
• Ensuring health and safety is followed in the kitchen at all times
• food temperature checking, food labeling and filling in record sheets
• Keeping kitchen clean at all times.
• Food ordering and stock control

Person Specification

• 2 years experience at senior level in C&B
• Must have experience at cooking and managing the kitchen for weddings and events
• Must have own transport
• Reliable
• Team Player
