Senior Chef De Partie – Day Work – Adkins & Cheurfi

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Senior Chef De Partie to work day shifts at an exciting new venue opening soon in Tynemouth

Excellent Beachfront location. Easy commute by public transport or by car from all areas of the North East.

Offering an excellent salary of £21,000, with excellent opportunities to grow and develop your career within the company.

Working hours will be between 6am-6pm 5 days per week this will include some weekends.

The main focus will be producing high-end brunches, lunches and high-end afternoon teas.

As Senior Chef De Partie, you will be expected to confidently manage your section and be a team player helping out where you can.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience of working as a Chef De Partie in your last role.

• Capable of working to a very high standard
• Adhering to kitchen health and food procedures at all times
• Team player with an excellent can do positive attitude
• Health, Hygiene, Safety and good working practice leader
• Ability to cook, prep, and follow fresh food recipes using quality local ingredients
• Hardworking and enthusiastic individual
• Prepared to work early mornings and weekends
