Adkins and Cheurfi are looking to expand the relief chef team working in Durham and Darlington. 
Experienced relief chefs needed!
We are looking for experienced chefs senior chef de partie level and above.
Some of the lads on shift
Flexible working hours
£10.50-£12.50 per hour 

Duties and responsibilities include:

  • Providing temporary cover in a professional kitchen
  • Cooking food from scratch to a high standard
  • Covering various sections of the kitchen as required
  • Adhering to strict  health and hygiene guidelines
  • Food labeling and Stock rotation
  • Keeping kitchen/section clean at all times

Requirements

  • 3 years experience CDP level or above
  • A confident chef who can work on own initiative
  • Competent in all areas of COSHH and HACCAP
  • A real team player with excellent attention to detail
  • Able to travel to and from work independently
