Relief Chef

Adkins and Cheurfi are looking to recruit contract catering chefs to join our relief team. We supply local multiple contract catering sites and offer full-time and part-time hours.

We also supply chefs into hotel, restaurants, care homes, schools & more.

Responsibilities:

• Cooking food from scratch using fresh ingredients
• Ensuring food hygiene procedures are followed and kitchen cleanliness is maintained at all times
• Food labelling
• Food prep
• Stock ordering/Stock control

Requirements/Skills:

• 2+ years chef experience
• Level 2 food hygiene
• Own transport is desirable
• Must have own chef whites and knives
