Land Registry Assistant South Shields
We are looking for an experienced Land Registrations Assistant to join our busy conveyancing team. This role is a vital part of our post completion conveyancing process.
Main Responsibilities:-
- Preparation and submission of all Land Registry applications including first registrations and lease extensions, ensuring they meet compliance standards.
- Communicating effectively with the conveyancing team to resolve any queries relating to registrations.
- Monitoring the progress of registrations and updating relevant parties on their status.
- File closing and archiving.
The successful candidate will have:-
- Prior experience in residential property/conveyancing is essential.
- Proficient with Word and Legal case management systems
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Operates effectively as part of a team.
- Good attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and able to prioritise own work with minimum supervision.
