Junior Sous-Chef needed for 2 Rosette hotel restaurant.
We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a luxury spa hotel located on the edge of the North Yorkshire Moors. This landmark hotel comprises of 71 bedrooms, a bar-restaurant and an impressive 2 Rosette fine dining restaurant. As part of their highly successful and motivated kitchen team, you will be responsible for day to day dining in the restaurant, weddings, banquets and other events as a matter of course.

Previous experience at Junior-Sous Chef level in a similar kitchen?
