Head Chef (Live-in)permanent
Auchrannie Resort on the Isle of Arran is recruiting a Head Chef for Cruize Brasserie, the largest and busiest of our 3 on-site Restaurants.
In Cruize, we offer a modern, fresh and international menu in a modern, comfortable, family-friendly restaurant catering for up to 600-700 covers each day including resident and non resident guests.
We are looking for an experienced, organised, passionate Head Chef to lead our kitchen team. You will work alongside our Executive Chef and the Cruize Restaurant Management team to deliver an excellent dining experience for our guests.
This is a hands on role and we are looking for someone who will work alongside the team to help develop their technical and kitchen management skills, ensure we have a strong brigade in place and that there is room for each chef to progress and develop their careers within Auchrannie.
You must have a minimum of 3 years experience in a Head Chef role working in a fast paced 4/5 star environment.
