We’re on the lookout for a Head Chef to take the reins at our client’s warm and welcoming country pub in Santon Bridge, a hidden gem with a local following and plenty of passing trade. This is a fantastic opportunity for a chef who loves seasonal produce, hearty British classics, and creating memorable dining experiences.

The role:

• Up to£50,000 salary per annum

• A picturesque work setting in the beautiful Western Lakes

• Creative freedom to develop menus and work with local suppliers

• A leadership role with the opportunity to shape and grow the food offering

What we’re looking for:

• A hands-on chef with a genuine passion for quality food and hospitality

• Proven experience in a similar Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef role

• Strong leadership and mentoring skills to build and manage a small kitchen team

• A love of fresh, locally sourced ingredients and seasonal cooking

• Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and compliance
