A Permanent position has become available for an ambitious Chef De Partie – Sunderland – to join a well known branded hotel in Sunderland.
Reporting to the Head Chef the Chef de Partie – Sunderland will have worked for at least 1 year at Commis Chef level or above, in a fresh food Hotel or Restaurant. Requirements:
- 1 + years experience working at Commis Chef level or above
- Ambition to train, develop and learn new skills
- Good team spirit and ability to get on well with others
- Competent at preparing, cooking and presenting dishes within your section
- Driven to help the Sous chef and Head chef develop new dishes and menus
- Capable of working high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety
