We are seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Chef de Partie to join our client’s pre-opening kitchen team in Alnwick, Northumberland. This is a rare opportunity to be part of a landmark hotel launch, helping to shape and deliver a high-quality, locally inspired dining experience from day one.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and present high-quality dishes within your section, maintaining consistency and standards.
- Work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef in developing seasonal menus inspired by local produce and Northumbrian traditions.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and compliant kitchen environment in accordance with food hygiene and safety regulations.
- Train and support junior team members, fostering a collaborative and respectful kitchen culture.
- Contribute to a positive guest experience through exceptional attention to detail and culinary craftsmanship.
