  • Prepare, cook, and present dishes to the highest standard

  • Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations

  • Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations

  • Contribute ideas for menu development and daily specials

  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation

About You:

  • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a similar quality-led environment

  • A genuine passion for food and hospitality

  • Strong work ethic and a positive, team-oriented attitude

  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen

  • NVQ Level 2/3 in Professional Cookery or equivalent is desirable
