Chalet Chefs wanted for the 20/21 Ski Season
We are looking for experienced chalet chefs for the 20/21 winter ski season.
Locations = France and Switzerland
Working 6 days per week in a private chalet catering for up to 16 guests.
As a chalet chef you will be expected to be able to liaise with guests in a friendly manor.
You must be able to plan menus and have the ability to cook a variety of cuisines from around the world.
You will be required to cater to a diverse clientele and be able to accommodate for all food allergies and diet preferences.
Working alone you must be confident in the whole process of managing a small kitchen from stock ordering, menu planning, time management to delivering and producing food to a very high standard.
