Adkins and Cheurfi are looking for an experienced Breakfast Chef to work in a prestigious Hotel in the North East of England

The ideal Breakfast Chef will have previous experience working for a large hotel group and will be experienced in high volume service. Working as the breakfast chef in a team of 2-3 chefs, the ideal candidate will be very confident cooking ala carte breakfasts along with preparing buffets to a high standard.

Our client is offering free live-in accommodation 

About You

• Experience working in a high volume, fresh food kitchen
• Ability to stay calm under pressure
• Reliable with excellent time management skills
• Team player
• Ability to work unsupervised

The Role

• 5am / 6am -2/3pm  start /finish times
• Working alongside another breakfast chef running a busy a la carte and buffet service restaurant
• Adhering to all health and safety procedures of working in a kitchen
• Maintaining a clean working space at all times
• Lunch service prep
