We’re searching for an Assistant General Manager to join the team at our client’s charming country pub in Santon Bridge – a well-loved spot with strong local support and steady passing trade, set in the heart of the stunning Western Lake District. This is a brilliant opportunity for a hospitality professional who’s passionate about great service, warm atmospheres, and running a well-rounded operation.

The Role:

  • Up to £35,000 salary per annum

  • Work in a beautiful and peaceful Lake District setting

  • Hands-on leadership across front of house and day-to-day operations

  • Work alongside an experienced team with the freedom to make a real impact

  • Support and develop a customer-focused team to deliver outstanding experiences

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

  • Has previous experience in a similar AGM or senior front-of-house role

  • Thrives in a busy, guest-focused environment

  • Brings strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills

  • Has a passion for delivering excellent service and building team culture

  • Understands the importance of standards, compliance, and financial targets
