Role / Responsibilities
- Managing day to day running of a wedding venue kitchen
- Managing junior team members
- Cooking food to a high standard and working to tight deadlines
- Ensuring health and safety is followed in the kitchen at all times
- food temperature checking, food labeling and filling in record sheets
- Keeping kitchen clean at all times.
- Food ordering and stock control
Person Specification
- 2 years experience at senior level in C&B
- Must have experience at cooking and managing the kitchen for weddings and events
- Must have own transport
- Reliable
- Team Player

Salary: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
