Your main responsibilities will include:
- Cooking food to order from specific menus
- Managing the kitchen during the head chefs absence
- Assisting with stock ordering and stock checks
- Maintaining kitchen cleanliness
- Adhering to all health and hygiene procedures within the kitchen
- Food labelling
Requirements and skills needed:
- DBS
- Double vaccinated
- Ability to work along side a team
- Knowledge of health and hygiene with in the kitchen.
