We are looking for an experienced Hotel Sous Chef to join our team

We have a temporary contract available for an experienced sous chef working in a hotel kitchen for the summer starting 1st June – 31st August with the potential to be extended.

Working 48 hours 5 days per week. You must be able to work weekends.

Reporting to head chef.

Skills/Experience Required

  • Fine Dining
  • Conference & Banqueting
  • Must be able to work all sections of the kitchen
  • Experienced in managing kitchen in Head chefs absence
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Proactive
