We are thrilled to be recruiting for a Front of House assistant on behalf of our client based just outside of Masham, North Yorkshire.

Could this be the perfect opportunity for you? We are looking for a Front of House superstar to join our client’s team at a prestigious Country Shooting Ground located in the picturesque North Yorkshire countryside.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, and a genuine interest in the shooting sports and outdoor activities. As a Front of House Assistant, you will be an integral part of creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests, ensuring their overall experience is both enjoyable and memorable.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service: Greet guests with a welcoming and friendly demeanor, providing exceptional service from their arrival to departure. Assist with inquiries, offer guidance, and create a positive first impression.

Reservation Management: Manage reservations, book appointments, and coordinate shooting activities. Maintain accurate records of bookings, ensuring a smooth scheduling process.

Retail Assistance: Provide assistance to customers in the on-site retail area, offering product information, processing sales transactions, and maintaining the presentation and organisation of merchandise.

Safety Compliance: Ensure that all visitors follow safety guidelines and regulations while on the premises. Communicate safety instructions clearly and promptly to ensure the well-being of guests.

Event Support: Assist in the planning and execution of special events, corporate outings, and shooting competitions held at the shooting ground. Provide on-site support during events, ensuring a seamless experience for participants and attendees.

Facility Maintenance: Collaborate with the maintenance team to uphold the cleanliness and appearance of the facilities, including the clubhouse, retail area, and shooting ranges. Report any maintenance issues promptly.

Cash Handling: Accurately handle cash transactions, process payments, and maintain the cash register. Adhere to proper cash handling procedures and maintain accountability for financial transactions.

Information Dissemination: Provide guests with accurate information about shooting packages, facilities, pricing, and any other relevant details. Effectively communicate the range of services offered at the shooting ground.
