Education Chef

Adkins & Cheurfi are seeking to recruit an experienced Chef to work in a prestigious High School in the Ponteland area.

Main duties include:

• Prepare, cook, and present food quickly and efficiently to a high standard
• Work safely around the kitchen equipment
• Maintain accurate food ordering and stock levels
• Assist in keeping the kitchen clean, hygienic, and tidy at all times
• Manage and lead the kitchen assistant team

Skills needed:

• Experience of working in a kitchen and preparing food
• Thorough understanding of allergens and food safety
• Excellent communication skills and able to work as part of a team
