Chef de Partie

Adkins and Cheurfi are currently looking for relief chefs to come and join our great pool of staff. We currently have many sites from education and care, hotels and restraunts and contract catering. This gives you many oppurtunties to choose from every week. This also gives you the chnace to be flexible with your days and hours as it means you can choose when you want to work

• Cooking food from scratch using fresh ingredients
• Ensuring food hygiene procedures are followed and kitchen cleanliness is maintained at all times
• Food labelling
• Food prep
• Stock ordering/Stock control

Requirements/Skills:

• 2+ years chef experience
• Level 2 food hygiene
• Own transport is desirable
• Must have own chef whites and knives
• DBS if needed
