Care Home Chef

Adkins and Cheurfi are actively recruiting for a residential care home chef in the Darlington area. This role is flexible around your own personal needs.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Managing the kitchen during the head chefs absence
• Assisting with stock ordering and stock checks
• Maintaining kitchen cleanliness
• Adhering to all health and hygiene procedures within the kitchen
• Food labelling

Requirements or Skills required:

• 2 years experience in a similar role
• Ability to work on own and with a team
• Knowledge of all health and hygiene kitchen procedures
