Adkins & Cheurfi are looking to recruit a head chef to work at a contract catering venue in Newcastle City Centre. This is a temporary role, with the potential to go permanent working Monday – Friday 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Managing and working with other chefs
• Responsibilities for food hygiene practices
• Help with stocking & ordering
• Help with food preparation process
• Maintain records

Requirements

• Great kitchen management skills
• Head Chef experience
• Health and safety awareness
• Food safety awareness
• Team management skills
• Attention to detail
