Adkins & Cheurfi are looking to recruit a head chef to work at a contract catering venue in Newcastle City Centre. This is a temporary role, with the potential to go permanent working Monday – Friday 40 hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Managing and working with other chefs
- Responsibilities for food hygiene practices
- Help with stocking & ordering
- Help with food preparation process
- Maintain records
Requirements
- Great kitchen management skills
- Head Chef experience
- Health and safety awareness
