Venue Manager & Deputy Venue Manager – Expired

Managers needed for an award-winning wedding venue in Northumberland!

Here at Adkins & Cheurfi, we are recruiting on behalf of one of our clients, a top wedding venue in rural Northumberland. We have two roles available: Venue Manager and Deputy Manager.

As Venue Manager you will be responsible for the entire management of the site with a particular focus on food and beverage. You will take charge of recruitment, stock control and ordering, staff rotas as well as liaising with clients to ensure they have the best possible experience.

The role will be 40 hours per week 5 days out of 7 with a negotiable salary of £27,000 DPE.

We also require a Deputy  Manager to work under the Venue Manager and to ensure the venue runs smoothly in their absence.

This role will be 40 hours per week 5 days out of 7 with a salary of £22,000-£24,000 DPE.

The ideal candidates will have operations management experience within a wedding or events venue. Food and Beverage knowledge is essential.

You will be required to have your own transport for this role due to its location.
