Adkins & Cheurfi Recruitment are searching for a Sous Chef to join an established and well-known hotel based just outside of Morpeth. Working alongside the Executive Head chef the ideal candidate will have experience at Senior CDP level or above within a Rosette establishment.
Our client is busy all year round with Weddings, Functions, Fine Dining Resturant, Pub and Golf club all on site as well as Spa and Leisure facilities.

To be considered for the role you must be:
- Passionate and dedicated with a keen eye for detail
- Able to maintain the highest of standards under pressure
- Experienced at senior CDP level – hotel level for at least two years
- Presentable, smart and reliable
