Adkins & Cheurfi are looking to recruit for a number of positions, requiring an experienced and ambitious Sous Chef to work at an exciting venue on the North East Coast

Excellent Beachfront location. Easy commute by public transport or by car from all areas of the North East.

Offering an excellent salary of £24,000 – £27,000, with excellent opportunities to grow and develop your career within the company.

Working 48 hours a week with a guarantee of Sunday night off., there is the potential of working exclusively daytime hours dependent on the role.

As Sous Chef, you will be expected to confidently manage your team and support the Head Chef, as well as run the Kitchen in his absence.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience of working as a Senior Chef De Partie/Junior sous in your previous role.
