Restaurant Manager

Restaurant Manager needed for an award-winning hotel in the Northumberland area.

Salary – £22k-24k depending on experience

Our client, a four AA red star awarded hotel, is looking for a talented restaurant manager to join their front of house team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work at one of Northumberland’s award-winning hotels and restaurants. If you are looking to work in a fantastic country venue, have a passion for exceptional hospitality and customer service then and want to be a part of a friendly and hardworking team then this is the job for you!

As Restaurant Manager, you will need to live and breathe hospitality and have previous experience of hotel restaurant management. The successful candidate will be a real people person who thrives in fine dining environments and has experience liaising, communicating and assisting a head chef.

Ability to build strong relationships with your team

Passionate about hospitality, food and great customer service

Ability to prioritise and multi-task

Restaurant Management experience (preferably in a hotel)

Good problem-solving skills

Honest and reliable

Having your own transport is essential for this role due to its location.
