Restaurant Manager – New Opening! – Expired

Restaurant manager needed for a new restaurant in Newcastle city centre! 

Adkins & Cheurfi are recruiting, on behalf of one of our clients, for an experienced restaurant manager to take charge of a brand new restaurant.

We are looking for candidates who have at least 5 years in a high-end restaurant manager role. You will be responsible for the entire restaurant operation on a day to day basis including ensuring the restaurant is profitable and in line with budgets and adhering to legislation and H&S procedures. You will ensure that high customer service standards are implemented and maintained whilst offering training and development to your team.

This is an exciting opportunity to be actively involved in the future direction of this new venture and be the face of the company.

The restaurant will be closed on a Monday and Tuesday so you will be required to work Wednesday-Sunday.
