- Capable of working to a very high standard in a variety of kitchens
- Senior Chef de Partie level and above.
- Due to locations, your own transport is essential
- Experienced in Banqueting, Hotel, Pub, Restaurant.
- Confident to run own section in the kitchen
- Up to date knowledge of allergens, health, hygiene and safety practices in the kitchen
- Ability to cook and prepare food to a high standard using fresh ingredients
- Hardworking and enthusiastic
- Must be able to get on well with other chefs
- Must be able to work under pressure in busy kitchens
- Be willing to work weekends
