HOTEL RESTAURANT AND EVENT CHEFS WANTED
Adkins & Cheurfi – We are looking for Hotel and Restaurant trained relief chefs
Work is available throughout the North East and North Yorkshire
We offer flexibility, weekly pay, staff incentives, staff uniform and pay reviews on a regular basis.

Our clients are busy hotels, pubs and restaurants so will require you to have a minimum of 3 years hotel, banqueting, fresh food pub or fine dining restaurant experience
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working as a relief chef within hotels and restaurants. Fine dining/rosette preferred but not essential
Candidate requirements –
- 100% Reliable
- Capable of working to a very high standard in a variety of kitchens
- Senior Chef de Partie level and above.
- Due to locations, your own transport is essential
- Experienced in Banqueting, Hotel, Pub, Restaurant.
- Confident to run own section in the kitchen
- Up to date knowledge of allergens, health, hygiene and safety practices in the kitchen
- Ability to cook and prepare food to a high standard using fresh ingredients
- Hardworking and enthusiastic
- Must be able to get on well with other chefs
- Must be able to work under pressure in busy kitchens
- Be willing to work weekends
