We are looking for a part-time receptionist to cover holidays and busy periods

You must be confident and have a good telephone manner

Switchboard experience is an advantage

Duties will include:
– Covering the front reception desk
– Booking catering facilities
– Meeting and greeting customers
– Booking couriers
– Answering the telephone and forwarding calls to the relevant department
– Administration Adhoc duties
