Adkins & Cheurfi are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a City Centre Hotel in Sunderland, to fill an ongoing position for a  Night Receptionist.

As part of a recognised brand, synonymous with outstanding levels of service and comfort; this hotel expects the highest standards of customer service from the successful candidate.

Tasks, duties and responsibilities:

• Covering the front reception desk
• Booking catering facilities
•  Meeting and greeting customers
•  Booking couriers
•  Answering the telephone and forwarding calls to the relevant department
•  Administration Adhoc duties
• Dealing with room service
• Reporting to the night manager

You will need to be a well presented, reliable and proactive individual with fantastic communication skills. You will have previous experience in a similar role and a proven track record in customer service.
