This Lincolnshire coastal hotel currently boasts 24 bedrooms, a busy bar, restaurant and 2 x function suites with a capacity for 200 guests. The hotel caters to weddings, private dining, functions and events.
Salary £28,000+ pa
We are looking for a talented Head Chef or an experienced Hotel Senior Sous looking for the next step in their career.
Required experience:
- Head Chef = 2 years
- Senior Sous Hotel Chef = 3 years
About the Role:
- £28k pa with a performance related bonus structure
- Temporary Live in accommodation can be provided if relocating
- Menu planning and costings for main kitchen and event menus
- Stock ordering and budgets
- Managing a current team of 5 kitchen staff with the potential of extra staff being taken on as the kitchen grows
- Must have previous experience of managing a team
- Must have knowledge and experience with financials and understanding of GP
- Must have good commercial sense and be flexible to be able to produce both a standard pub/carvery menu along with A la carte
- Managing of the hotel kitchen along overseeing the golf club and events
- 2 x Function rooms which cater to Events, Private Parties and Weddings
