Adkins & Cheurfi are searching for a Chef de Partie to work in a city centre hotel based in Newcastle Upon Tyne.

Offering a very competitive salary of £18,000 – £20,000 per year, depending on experience, our client offers a full career path to promote structured growth as an employee and individual.

Working alongside one of the North Easts most celebrated chefs this is a fantastic opportunity to learn and improve your own skills alongside an excellent brigade of talented hospitality professionals.

The ideal candidate will have experience of working within a similar venue preparing fresh food, suitable applicants will have experience at Demi Chef de Partie level or above and ideally will have hotel or restaurant career experience.

Candidate requirements-

• Fresh food background, the experience of cooking with seasonal produce
• Work experience of all sections within a kitchen, including pastry
• Hotel, pub or restaurant background, with 2+ years relevant experience
• Team player with high motivation to succeed
• Must be prepared to work evenings and weekends
• Banqueting experience would be advantageous
