Adkins & Cheurfi are searching for a Chef de Partie – Restaurant to work in the beautiful market town of Hexham.
The Chef de Partie – Restaurant will be working in a well renowned and awarded French Bistrot restaurant alongside one of the regions most well-respected chefs.
Hailing from the Loire Valley in Francais the Head Chef is looking for a keen Chef de Partie – Restaurant- with a passion, flair and love of cookery to fulfil their own potential whilst learning classic French cookery and working with the best produce and ingredients available.
The 80 seater restaurant is about to undertake a brand new refurb and new kitchen with the latest cooking equipment being installed. The restaurant is closed every Sunday and Bank Holiday, including Christmas day and Boxing day.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work and learn in a fantastic environment whilst having a decent work-life balance, working no more than 48 hours per week you may be required to work split shifts but with full-time straight shifts coming in from the autumn.
- 1 years experience within a professional kitchen at demi CDP level or above
- Passion for cooking and hospitality
- Drive and determination to be a successful chef
Due to the location, your own transport would be advantageous but not essential
